On January 23rd, one hundred SCBC members enjoyed dinner, drinks, and camaraderie at our Annual Membership Meeting (and 25th birthday party) at the beautiful Saturday Afternoon Club. The event was catered by Lombardi’s with drinks & dessert donated by Lagunitas Brewing, Cuver Belgian Brewers, Rodney Strong Vineyards, Bloodroot Wines, and Oliver’s Market.
Staff shared the 2025 Annual Report of finances and highlights for the year, as well as upcoming programs for 2026 – including return of the Team Bike Challenge and Bike Expo in May!
Biker Chicks ride leaders Anna Silveira, Barbara Phillips, Emily McCutchan, Peggy McCutcheon, and Roberta Delgado were recognized as our 2025 Volunteers of the Year.
We heard from Board candidates Eric Lofchie, Calum Weeks, Ryan Petersen, and Cynthia de la Fuente as well as information regarding proposed bylaws updates. The bylaws updates and all candidates were approved, joining current Board members David Williams, David Majerus, Julia Lockett, Nathan Spindel, and Aaron Prentice.
