August is National Make A Will Month, an annual observance created to raise awareness about the importance of estate planning and provide an opportunity to plan for the future. (Did you know that TWO THIRDS of American adults DON’T have an up-to-date will? Those of us who have had to handle the affairs of a family member who died without one will tell you that it is NOT fun!)
