The Town of Windsor has drafted the Old Redwood Highway Corridor Enhancement Plan, which aims to reimagine and revitalize ORH between Starr and Shiloh Roads, following a Complete Streets framework to create a safer roadway for all modes of travel, including walking, bicycling, driving, and public transit.
The Town will take comments on the plan until January 19. You can download it here ; a form is posted on the project website to collect your input. In addition, Town staff and consultants will give a presentation on the draft plan at the January 11 Planning Commission meeting and the January 19 Town Council meeting.
