KIDical Mass

Join us Saturday, April 21st at 11:30am at Franklin Park (2095 Franklin Avenue).  We’ll ride to Santa Rosa’s Earth Day Celebration at Courthouse Square. Bring your bikes, helmets, and bells, and join our bike parade! This  is an opportunity for families to have fun together while learning how to ride safely on the road. The bike ride is open to all ages and children must be accompanied by an adult. For questions, contact Tina Panza at saferoutes@bikesonoma.org or 707-799-3911.

KIDical Mass is a FUN bike ride for kids, kids at heart, and their families. Sonoma County’s first KIDical Mass family bike ride was held in 2013 in Petaluma and since then we have had rides in Santa Rosa and Windsor.  The rides are meant to be family friendly bike rides through a community. They generally meet at a park and end not too far away at another fun spot (park, ice cream shop, pool, or special event).

All types of bikes, trailers, trail-a-bikes, cargo bikes, longtails, bakfiets, Long Johns, tandems, folders, trikes, and whatever rolls are welcome! We celebrate the fact that Kids are Traffic Too and aim for family fun. It’s just another excuse to pedal around town with your family.
