The Active Transportation Plan Comes to Your City!

Sonoma County continues to seek community input as it updates the countywide Active Transportation Plan, which will guide the development of the bike and pedestrian network for the next several years. The team overseeing the update will be on hand at the following May meetings and events in Sonoma, Sebastopol, Rohnert Park and Cloverdale.

Monday, May 6, 4-6:30 p.m.: City of Sonoma ATP Open House, Sonoma Community Center. Drop-in event.

Tuesday, May 14, 6 p.m.: City of Sebastopol Planning Commission, Sebastopol Youth Annex. Commission meeting.

Saturday, May 18, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.: Rohnert Park Summer Kickoff Expo, Technology High School. Drop-in event.

Sunday, May 19, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.: Cloverdale Fire & Earthquake Safety Expo, Cloverdale Citrus Fairgrounds. Drop-in event.

Wednesday, May 22, 4-6 p.m.: City of Sebastopol ATP Open House, Sebastopol Center for the Arts. Drop-in event.

Tuesday, May 28, 5-8 p.m.: Sonoma Tuesday Night Market, Sonoma Plaza. Drop-in event.

Additionally, the city of Santa Rosa has recently launched the interactive map for its active transportation plan update, and has several public engagement opportunities during the month of May. Visit the city’s website for more information.
